2007 Distinguished Nebraskans Award Recipient The Honorable Clayton Yeutter Mr. Yeutter has served as a former Secretary of Agriculture, as well as U.S. Trade Representative, and president and chief executive officer of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He received his Ph.D., J.D. and B.S. degrees from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and worked as chief of staff to the Governor of Nebraska early in his career.
